Agree on access before the first visit.

Decide how the cleaning team will enter, which areas are included, and who to contact if something unexpected happens. Share alarm or access instructions through an agreed secure channel rather than a public inquiry form.

Make boundaries clear.

Identify restricted rooms, sensitive work areas, and any surfaces or equipment that should be left untouched. A cleaning plan should respect the way your business handles information.

Plan the close as carefully as the clean.

Discuss doors, lights, keys, and the final walkthrough. Agree on how completion and any issues will be communicated so your team can return to a space that is ready for the next day.
