Commercial Cleaning Team Member

Bring care to the spaces where our community works. This role focuses on recurring commercial cleaning, following each property’s cleaning plan and paying attention to the details that make a space feel cared for.

What you’ll do

• Clean shared surfaces, reception areas, workspaces, restrooms, and break areas according to the agreed scope.
• Vacuum, mop, and collect trash and recycling as outlined in the site checklist.
• Follow product instructions and the property’s access and closing procedures.
• Communicate completed work, supply needs, and anything that needs attention.

• Careful attention to details and respect for client spaces.
• Clear communication and the ability to follow a cleaning checklist.
• Reliability and thoughtful handling of keys, access instructions, and private work areas.
